The kids had the presentation on Sunday afternoon. Two years of hard work was successfuly presented in twenty minutes.
Indoors since Thursday, going to different presentations and workshops, they are now waiting for a delayed flight to Austin. Although they are very tired, they are trying to catch up on their homework. These kids, particularly the four that presented this weekend, have put in countless hours going to lab afterschool and spent whole weeks during the summer finishing their project to compete at iGEM, a competition with not only high school teams, but also collegiate and graduate teams. These kids have been doing undergraduate level work.
